Step2 Neat & Tidy Cottage

I'm glad I purchased this.
After reviewing several playhouses I decided to purchase this one because it had a floor and is gender neutral. My 3 year old grandson loves it, and especially enjoys ringing the bell and passing "mail" through the slot. My husband put it together himself in less than 30 mins. It has more than enough room for 2, and is sturdy enough for my grandson to climb in through the windows!

Good product overall
Would recommend it. Sturdy and cute My 2 years old enjoys a lot. Only the set up of certain parts might have been easier (we do not have a drill).

Great house...But Not for Climbers
I went to a friends house to see hers before I purchased. I love the house...Very cute. Love the solid floor. Windows are curved to avoid pinching. What I DID NOT like...The penninsula style table had no support. So as my 22 mos olds are climbers...the first thing they tried to do was climb on that and out the window. The table bent down and I KNOW that it would break right off. The faucet is flimsey as well. I know my kids would yank it right off. That being said. If this toy had a support for the counter inside...i would totally buy it. If yours are not climbers like mine...Then get it. great price. Great Size.

my child loves this
arrived packaged well. easy to assemble. very durable. very good value for the money. my daughter loves it and spends a lot of happy time playing house. (we will eventually move it to the patio but for now it remains in her room.) and what's more, my 5 year old son found a reason to spend playtime with his younger sister.

too much joy
This playhouse brings my 16-month old a ridiculous amount of happy. It's in our backyard, and as soon as he sees it he shrieks with joy. He toddles over to it, opens the door, and the first thing he does is push out the window shutters. His face lights up - and then he's toddling over to the other window to push out those shutters. He loves ringing the doorbell, too. I put this together myself, I was too excited to wait for my husband to come home from work. My son went down for a nap and I had it together before he woke up (I strongly recommend the use of a drill). As I mentioned, it's in our backyard. We live in Georgia and we have has some crazy thunderstorms this spring, but the doorbell and phone still work no problem. My son sometimes asks me to come in his playhouse with him, and for the two of us it's a tight fit - maybe mommy needs a diet! At any rate, we are really pleased with this playhouse.
